The classic Carl Zeiss Contax lenses make for excellent glass on modern cameras. These lenses have been evaluated - the Vario-Sonnar 35-70mm f/3.4 and the 80-200mm f/4 as lenses so good that they have become known as the variable primes.

All lenses are complete cine-mod. They have 80mm front diameter and 0.8 gear pitch for follow focus.
